During the month of February Patrícia Portela lost her voice only to be able to recover it. Not only the voice that allows us to speak, but most importantly, the other voice, the one beyond language and image, the voice behind the curtain that can denounce what words and shapes can not tell in this speechless babel we seem to live in. Through the voice of Zoë de Boeck, Patrícia Portela recovers the pleasure of reading in a world that insists on silence through extreme noise and asks us what is it like to lose voice while reading the political posters collected by Ernesto Sousa out loud.
